Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost social media engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels to gauge effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Engage with our audiences and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to build community relations.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, from ideation through execution, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and promotional content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Develop influencer partnerships, social media contests, and community initiatives to enhance brand exposure.
- Train and guide team members and interns, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that increased brand visibility and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) for performance tracking.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
